Nice article, thanks for putting it together. I’m personally of the opinion that AI at this point can increase the time and accuracy of getting work to site, but not much in actual site labour productivity. It’s an interesting time.

Researchers at the Technical University of Munich have paper on Text2BIM, an LLM-based multi-agent framework that generates building models from natural language instructions and checks the model against 30 different architectural rules. Their example is a two storey hotel.
